And now I'm back (But not from outer space)

So it's been a year, and instead of making a new blogspot account to jot down my incoherent thoughts, I decided to revitalize this old girl and maintain a constant display of (somewhat) intelligent thoughts. I realize at the moment I have one follower who probably deleted her account a long time ago, so basically this is more of a journal of my thoughts than anything else, a vent of sorts.
I have succumbed to the treacherous webs of entertainment television. Even now I am sitting in front of the tv while my roommate watches "Exits Through the Gift Shop". I need get back to my era of self reflection. So that's why I am here today. I have a very busy next few months and I want to use this blog to sort of update my "audience" and keep me sane. I am not going to just recap the events of my day but give an insight to what, why, how things are happening and more so on a broad view of these topics, not just my personal depiction.
In my next post I am going to go over the webshow my friends and I are creating for and by Austin, Texas. Stay tuned.....

The Dreamer

I read a blog about a girl who sometimes would have a vivid dream and then some time later it would come to pass. She says it has been happening since she was a little girl. I figure I can relay the information I posted on her blog here as well, since this is an intriguing topic.
My Perception
Most people believe their thoughts can in no way influence the present anywhere else in the world (at the exact same time) much less the future or past. Your consciousness (the conjunction of the brain and thinking process) is basically the catalyst for creation. Don't discredit your ability to a higher power or intelligent design. All thoughts move instantaneously, meaning time does not affect them therefore the thoughts have no concept of past present or future. The closer mass moves to the speed of light the less of an effect time has on it, for example the photons that make up light today are the exact same age now as they were when the universe was created. What this has to do with your dreams is that when you apply something that is not limited to time and affects everything around it at all moments then you have what we perceive as the present and future. This is just a fancy way of saying you help shape yours and others environment. I say helped because since there are billions of thinking minds that your consciousness, with others, helped to create situations for that to happen. Although not working together most of the time. I know this sounds far fetched but hey so is the dilemma. Well that is just my point of view and really doesn't mean anything unless you share the same meaning in life.
Christianity
"If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully." Roman 12:6-8 NIV
We all have received a gift from God and when you find out your gift share it with the world in order to encourage those around that all is not lost. Go and comfort those who might have gone astray from the path of righteousness. Help them to realize their own gift as well as the blessing of eternal life at the side of the father. Everything has a purpose and it is up to you to find that purpose. A blind man cannot see but can hear better than the man who cannot hear but can see great, these differences in us help us to depend on each other so we can form together and become family as Christ wants for us.
Science
First off there are no hard facts stating why we dream and why it pertains to certain topics. Throughout every single day your subconscious mind picks up on hundreds of thousands of tidbits of information stores them and continues. Your thoughts tries to make sense of that information to corelate into thoughts. When you are actually asleep most of your body becomes dormant while the mind speeds up and processes the information that weighs most on your mind, like when you are stressing over a test and then you have a nightmare about getting kicked out of school. When the precognitive comes into play is normally your subconscious processing information at an increasingly faster rate than your conscious can or cares to process, so it notices signs that you would never have known. Of course in order to be rational it has to form a conclusion. This does not mean your dreams can tell you everything that is going to or will happen, it is merely an attempt to make sense of information that it has gathered though out the day, or even past days. These dreams become stronger over time when you unknowingly gather more info about a similar topic. Even when you read or see something you don't always store it in your long term memory, so sometimes it is more obvious than you give credit, for example when you read the paper in the morning you are gathering allot of data and you will not remember all of it because you do allot of scanning, skimming and browsing (kinda like your subconscious) so that vital info that will help predict a later event will be stored and relived in your dreams after gaining sufficient data. This explains why most of the time your dreams make no sense, one second you are reliving a childhood memory with someone who was not even in your childhood ( that's your subconscious relating that person to someone who reminds you of him/her when you were young) then you are surrounded by zombies who look like your ex and your on the moon, zombies could be from a movie you watched a few days ago and you just finished the biography of Neil Armstrong and you were reading to get over the stress of your breakup. So sometimes it can make no sense like that rant or could be more obvious. Any way your brain tries to make sense of the world.

Changing Things Up

Well I decided that I need a change in my writing style. I am going to start giving at least two if not three explanations for any topic I "choose" to go over. This might seem slightly peculiar but I believe the reader (you) should receive a broader viewpoint rather then the thoughts of a close minded fool (me). The views I will try to offer are religious, scientific and mine (but of course). If however you do not want to go through each one, they will most likely be long explanations, you can just scroll to the section that you feel like viewing. I will setup hyperlinks whenever I learn how to accomplish that again. I hope this little experiment pleases all readers.

Inquisitive

Well it has been about a month since i have written anything so I want to change up my style to become victim to the universe. In this blog I want to ask some questions.
Why do we feel we need a purpose to live? Is living not enough, to exist is a blessing or gift in itself. Why try to make more out of life? If we have no purpose does it really matter? With no purpose would life be more chaotic or peaceful? and finally does it even matter?
I have asked myself these questions for years with a means to put my mind at peace (ha). So how ironic that I ask these questions and yet answer them with my actions. To ask if it any of it matters then spend my life trying to answer that question. So here I am trying to solve the mysteries (or lack there of) of the universe with no means to an end. Will I pass from this organic physical being no more ahead then when I was brought into this world?
To have an end there must have been a beginning. When was this beginning? The moment there was an explosion of gargantuan proportions (big bang)? Maybe in theological point of view it was the moment I became the companion to an all powerfull being. To be less eloquent maybe it was the moment two beings that don't themselve understand existance deciding to perform the biological function of mating and to reproduce more inquisitive beings to further this paradox of understanding meaning. My favorite has to be thats exactly why we are here, to figure out why we are here, the joy of the ultimate paradox.
Alas the more important question is why we must know the answer, if there is one, is it a vital function of correspending with life for mankind. After we evolved (up to discretion I realize) to think beyond the needs of our emotions, did we suddenly realize there was more out there or did we want there to be considering once we far surpassed our fellow mammals we could easily process any function we needed to live, so finding a reason for creation gives us something to focus on until we evolve again?
In conclusion I honestly realize that I will never find an answer to questions that i truly beleive should not and can't be answered. I am aware of the fact that I need to make use of my time more efficeintly.

There is no try.

I am going to explain my header "There is no try". For some of you football guys, coaches would say when in doubt fire out, basically meaning if you are unsure of any situation go all out even if it is the wrong way. Never go 50% of what you are capable, for it is better to do something even if it is wrong than to stand there dumbfounded while you are in the moment. That's exactly what i mean by there is no try, you either do or you don't. When you go at a situation the only and best way to accomplish anything is with confidence (not arrogance, confidence), your mind is not fully open to learning if you are hesitant or are scared (another reason how emotion holds you back).
I am going to go a little in depth about emotions and logic (i will post another blog solely for this topic). Remember the neocortex is how we obtain information most efficiently and the emotions of the primal brain the paleopallium is basically the animal part of our brain that constructs the chemicals for emotions and such. The paleomammalian is the majority of the brain you are using when in confusion or doubt or even when you feel a certain way about a certain topic. So it's as simple as a question, why would you conciously use a section of the brain that was overshadowed about 200,000 thousand years ago (subject to discrepancy). I'm not saying we should disregard that section completely it is a vital portion of the brain we need to live, I am suggesting we limit the paleopallium use to only our vital functions and not for use for thought.
So I suggest staying focused in the moment and perceptive about all and any situations you come across.

Introduction

Well I will start my first blog with introduction of who I think I am currently, my current style of writing and what I expect to get out of this exchange of knowledge.
What I mean by who I am currently is that I believe that there is no such thing as this is who I am, was and forever will be. Just in the last 3 years I have pulled a 180 in who I thought I was before. So as long as I can keep my mind open and keep all topics objective I can continue to change efficiently as long as I live. I will continue to use the words think, believe and from my perspective to keep in the realm of English Prime.
I thirst for knowledge, I crave new information and I obtain this by debating topics. I have noticed that if I debate an issue I gain more out of the topic than if I we exchange a few key points and went on with the conversation. I have (of what I believe to be) a bad habit, i like to get a person worked up on a topic they feel strongly over so I can take advantage of the moment and waiting for the opposition to make a mistake, capitalize and retaliate appropriately. I will adjust this inappropriate behavior with time over the issues I discuss.
I want to learn and hopefully let others learn from me with these blogs. I am extremely new to this world so I am willing to take constructive criticism. I will be honest I do not take well to those who share thought about how they feel over a certain topic, I would appreciate distinct logical thoughts over why they do not conform on the subject with myself.
